The traditional seven-way draw has been given a new look. The sports are familiar, such as steeplechase, sprinting, shot put, discus throwing, but... the fastest doesn't necessarily win, the ball has a handle and the sports are, in a funny way, a bit of a screwball!

There will be lively outdoor activities, playful competition and the exhilarating joy of exercise. At the end of the programme, the best will take to the podium to receive prizes and a big round of applause.
